EXCHANGE & RETURNS

All items must be in a new, unwashed and unused condition, with all tags attached.

CARL KAPP is not responsible for any item(s) returned/exchanged that are not returned new, unwashed and in unworn condition. Please note we cannot exchange or refund any special orders; once the order is processed and paid for the sale is final as this garment is made specially to the provided specifications. All special orders need to be processed directly through the Sydney store.

We will not accept your return/exchange if CARL KAPP considers the item(s) used.

Return items will have refunds processed within 7-14 days on receipt and clearance of goods via your method of payment.

You may return any product, within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition also.

To ensure your online shopping experience is easy and pleasant, CARL KAPP has a simple process for returns and exchanges

  1. Contact CARL KAPP (info@carlkapp.com) within 5 working days of delivery.
  2. Advise if you wish to return or exchange and which items you would like to exchange for. You will be given a Returns Authority number. Please write this number on the top of your receipt.
  3. Please send your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
  4. Your package must be received back in its original condition within 10 working days from date of delivery. 
  5. Send the package and your receipt to : CARL KAPP Online Shop, 238 oxford St Paddington. NSW 2021, Australia.
  6. You will be notified when your package has been received and you will be refunded or your exchange will be dispatched.

Important information

CARL KAPP will not accept returns for any items that have been worn, damaged or where the tags have been removed. We strongly advise you to check garments thoroughly before removing any tags or disposing of any original packaging. You are responsible for any costs incurred for the return shipping, custom clearance and service fees of your order should you decide to return it to CARL KAPP.

There will be no refund and no return on any CARL KAPP final sale items.
